The game should start up with a resolution compatible with the steam deck. Then go to settings and change the game, I think to full screen. Then you can exit the game, go back to steam deck mode and the game should launch normally displaying as it should. Thats what worked for me. The game should start up with a resolution compatible with the steam deck. Then go to settings and change the game, I think to full screen. Then you can exit the game, go back to steam deck mode and the game should launch normally displaying as it should.
